Young Peoples Events - Nerd Bowling and Christmas Party

After two events I figure it's time to put up some pictures. The first set is our annual Nerd Bowling which we always have at Fleetway in London.

Some Beautiful and Nerdy Ladies.

The first portion of our game in which the majority of us still had normal names. Danielle is of course the Mrs. Noorloose (clearly someone cannot manage last name spelling's) and Steve Deesltra being Capt. America

Not quite sure what was happening here. Erin and Trisha care to explain?
Two Cuties.

What happens whenever someone tries to take a picture of me.
I'm guessing from some previous pictures that I have that this was an attempt of a picture of Mike and I, which was attempted to be photo bombed by Erin and Steve, and then Phil in the back and then right before it was taken Matt decided the bowling ball needed to be there as well.
This was our second game... and of course no one has normal names by this point. Take a guess as to who is who?
Another Interesting Attempt at Bowling.
Some very attractive Expressions.

My very attractive (and Nerdy) Brother

A very Attractive Group we Have!
And of course there are the more Recent Christmas Party pictures. They are in reverse order for some reason, and I am too lazy to change them around.

The Present that just kept going.

A little blurry... but too good not to post.

Chest of Drawers Revamp

So as I have been speaking about for quite a while, I received a free chest of drawers from Mike who was given it by a customer. He brought it home as a surprise and immediately the gears in my brain started moving. I absolutely love a chance to take an old piece and revamp it into something new and more attractive. This particular piece as can be seen below was quite dated looking. Although parts of it were really would the back was particle board, and as result I'm not torn up about painting it. In the past year my taste has changed quite a bit, I used to have a strong liking for anything old and rugged (I still do a bit) but lately I have been leaning more towards glass and bright whites. For this particular piece I decided to use an accent color, something that would look great in a mostly white room. As a result I wanted it to be painted a bright green with glass knobs. Since I used to have a lime green painted on my bedroom wall in the shape of flowers, we attempted to do a little bit of mixing with white to tone it down. For knobs I went a little over the top. I wanted glass knobs but I couldn't seem to find used ones anywhere. Since I was so eager to just complete the project in order that it could be moved to London because I was seriously lacking storage space.

After.
